How do I get in touch?

Telephone or email in confidence to arrange an initial appointment. 

This appointment will be to establish if Counselling is going to be helpful for you and if I am somebody you would like to work with.

If I am not the right person for you, I can sign post you to another Counsellor or a service more suitable to your needs.

Online and Telephone Counselling

I understand that life is busy and sometimes it can be difficult to make face to face sessions. It may be that people feel more comfortable in their own environment.

I offer video sessions and for those who may not feel comfortable using a video platform I offer telephone sessions.  We can discuss which platform you prefer to work on if video sessions are something you would like.

I am fully trained in both online and telephone Counselling and the same code of Ethics applies.

Fees

Each session is £50

A session is for 50 minutes.

I am happy to discuss fee reductions for clients who are unemployed, on low income or students.
